Creamy Siracha Sauce

I used this sauce to put over some teriyaki salmon and sautéed asparagus the other night. It’s a little spicy, a little sweet, and super yummy. Use it for whatever!

You can also easily cut this recipe down. This makes about 1 1/4 cups of sauce, but it can be used to top all kinds of stuff, so it’s a great one to have in the fridge!

Creamy Siracha Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 2 Tbsp Siracha (this is medium-spicy)
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Milk
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder

1. Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Add more milk if you want it thinner.

2. Cover and store in refrigerator. Would also be a great idea to transfer this into a squeeze bottle of some sort.

  1. It was delicious cut in half with no Vanilla. Thank you for this it is definitely a do over with vanilla perhaps.
