This is a super easy way to make homemade jam, and I’ll totally be doing this again with other fruit!
Your bread machine needs to have a “Jam” setting for this to work.
This recipe makes about 4 cups of jam. Stores in refrigerator for up to 3 weeks, or in the freezer for 1 year.
6 Cups Fresh Fruit or Berries – chopped small (this is about 2 lbs. of strawberries)
1 1/2 Cups Sugar
3 Tbsp Powdered Fruit Pectin
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
1. Place all ingredients in your bread machine, and stir to mix everything well.
2. Set your bread machine to the “Jam” setting and let it run its cycle.
3. After the cycle is done, allow the jam to cool for about an hour before transferring into storage containers.
